What happens to my open PO orders for Nor-lake Scientific? Will my open PO orders be automatically switched over to Corepoint™ Scientific after a certain date?

Horizon Scientific will honor all open purchase orders for Nor-Lake Scientific Products until Friday, October 29th , 2021. Then starting Monday, November 1st, 2021 open purchase orders switch over to Corepoint™ Scientific. Horizon Scientific is committed to working with each of its partners to have Nor-lake Scientific marketing materials (images, cut sheets, specification sheets etc..) converted to Corepoint™ Scientific, in time for the cut over date.

What happens to my open quote from Nor-lake Scientific?

Open Quotes for Nor-lake will be honored but depending on the timing of the order, it may be fulfilled as Corepoint™ Scientific.

What is the last day I can order a Nor-lake Scientific product?

The last day to order Nor-lake Scientific products is Friday, October 29th, 2021. Horizon Scientific will work with all of our partners to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Will the invoice, billing address, or payment details that I used for Nor-lake Scientific change?

All ordering procedures will remain the same through the brand transition.

What happens to my Nor-Lake Scientific Warranty? What if I need parts for my Nor-lake Scientific unit?

Nor-Lake Scientific warranties will be honored by Horizon Scientific. Replacement and spare parts orders can still be placed with the same process.

What if I need customer or technical service for my Nor-lake Scientific unit?

You can still call your trusted partner Horizon Scientific for all customer service or technical service requests on existing Nor-lake Scientific models. Just like in the past, your USA based Horizon Scientific customer service or technical service rep will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Will I need to discontinue the Nor-lake Scientific part numbers and have new Corepoint™ Scientific part numbers assigned?

No, Nor-lake Scientific part numbers will not change. The part numbers for Nor-lake Scientific will carry over to Corepoint™ Scientific.
